A letter from our CEO

During the current COVID-19 pandemic, the health of our team, customers, and community is our top priority. Like you, we've been monitoring the latest news about the coronavirus, so I wanted to personally reach out and say that I hope you and your loved ones are safe, as well as share an update on how Fleetsmith is responding.

We know there’s currently a heavy burden on you to keep things up and running, and Fleetsmith will continue serving you as usual. Our support and customer success teams are here to help, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to them!

We’re following all guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), including taking necessary steps to reduce the threat of COVID-19 exposure. Our team in San Francisco has been working remotely to help keep themselves, their families, and their communities protected. We’ve moved in-person events like our FleetAdmins meetup to online formats, and just turned it into a podcast recording about trending topics in IT. We’re also proud to be part of the MacAdmins community—which is thriving online as it always has—and remain committed to supporting postponed conferences like MacADUK.

From the get-go, we’ve been helping IT admins and people who manage company devices do so remotely, securely, and all in the cloud. This week, we’ll be publishing new blog posts and other resources to help you navigate remote device management and security—please keep an eye out.

And to our nonprofit customers, who have been especially impacted by these events, we want to help alleviate the burden of managing devices. To that end, Fleetsmith will be free for nonprofit groups with up to 100 devices and 50% off for nonprofit groups with more than 100 devices until the end of the year.
